the Why

More women than ever are embracing sports and exercise—teenagers breaking records, mothers excelling postpartum, and women thriving in their 70s. But the support systems haven’t kept pace.

  • 75% of women don’t meet basic exercise guidelines, increasing their risk of chronic illness by 50%.

  • Even active women face gaps—50% of female athletes suffer preventable injuries due to a lack of sex-specific guidance.

  • Issues like musculoskeletal injury, bone health, breast health, reproductive health, and safe training environments remain underfunded and misunderstood.

When women are truly supported, they redefine what’s possible… Let’s make it happen together!
